Gypsy Espresso at Parramatta Square is a high output, central cafe offering within the premium commercial offering of Parramatta Square. With its 16,000 occupants, the cafe required careful workflow planning and consideration to ensure an effective service. With the integration of combi ovens, Mod Espresso group heads and boilers, and custom refridgeration, the kitchen component including wash area was discreet, beautiful and curated, befitting of the Parramatta Square level of opulence.
