ReWind
The Annexe at 600 Bourke St is an exploration into the possibilities of a hospitality setting in a commercial office tower. The space responds to an underutilized pocket of space within the existing building, a triple-height volume that creates two distinct mezzanines, each with its own unique design language. The zones included lounges, formal meeting rooms, event spaces and self-serve areas all with a flexible catering strategy behind the scenes that utilises additional external offerings. The proposal created a vibrant community offering a rich user experience.
